I've been in business for myself for most of the past 25 years, as a CEO, COO, and business owner. I've worked in entertainment, telecommunications, television production, and advertising before founding the Planned Success Institute in 1997.

I created the Success Culture™ as a new model for defining and achieving success in groups. A model based on fulfillment and satisfaction as the prime motivators of behavior, instead of risk-avoidance and fear. A model to transform toxic, fear-based cultures into healthy, supportive ones.

My academic training includes a B.S., Engineering, (Cornell Univ.) and a M.A., Spiritual Psychology (Univ. of Santa Monica). I've combined my formal training and my business experiences with plenty of 'hands-on' time spent working with owner/entrepreneurs and their teams.

My work with clients includes Success Culture™ trainings, individual and group coaching and mentoring (empowerment and behavioral change), cultural change initiatives, and leadership development at all levels.
