The purpose of the Borrego Springs Art Guild is the enjoyment of art and the promotion of the arts in Borrego Springs. It has been carrying out this mission since 1972.  All members are dedicated to promoting the arts through art shows and demonstrations.

Each meeting usually includes a guest speaker and a demonstration by a professional artist. There are also occasional workshops. Dues are $25 annually and are mainly used for scholarships for students who have an interest in pursuing art as well as for art supplies for volunteer art teachers at the primary schools.

The Guild meets on second Thursdays, November thru May, noon at DeAnza Country Club.  Lunch precedes the meeting and demonstration.

The Guild sponsors an annual Art Show & Sale at the Center Mall, 590 Palm Canyon Dr in Borrego Springs and is open to guild members as well as artists from throughout the region.
