The Borrego Veterans Detachment, long a Veterans Fixture of Borrego Springs, has been disestablished. In order to carry on the traditions established by the BVD, it has turned its assets over to The American Legion, Post 853.

Flags with Poles: for display on Palm Canyon Dr. & Christmas Circle a total of 115 American and 6 MIA/POW and numerous other flags for future use LEMON AID STAND for dispensing lemon aid at special functions Tables, Chairs and Canopies for these special functions
