The Center is located near the entrance to the Montesoro Golf & Social Club (formerly Rams Hill) The Borrego Community Health Foundation is responsible for the overall direction and operation of the Borrego Medical Center, which is a licensed community clinic and certified rural health center that caters to the primary and urgent care needs of permanent and transient residents in Borrego Springs.
