Annual Borrego Days Desert
Festival. Friends and family
will gather for this three day local tradition to enjoy a little
sliver of Americana in our own backyard.

On Saturday morning
be sure to come out and enjoy the
Parade through town at 10:00 AM to
see the lively marching bands, floats, decorated golf carts,
equestrian groups and more!
Follow this link on the
San Diego Blood Bank webpage to set up an appointment to donate
blood Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the Blood Mobile that will be parked at
Christmas Circle for five hours from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Courtesy
of the
San Diego Burn Survivors Foundation the first 50 blood donors
receive a helicopter ride over the Borrego Days Festival. The helicopter
rides will be taking off from the
Borrego Valley Airport, 1820 Palm Canyon Drive from 2:00pm to
4:00pm Saturday, October 22 and again 2:00pm to 4:00pm Sunday, October 23.
Transportation to and from the airport will be provided by
California
Overland.
